Payment of co-pay’s, deductibles and co-insurance and are expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check’s, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We will be happy to provide you with a complete receipt for your financial record’s. Family Practice Center participates in most health care plans. We see Medicare patients and will gladly file Medicare claims for you, however we do not participate or accept assignment. If you have any questions regarding insurance coverage we will help in any way we are able.
